Guenter Manczur, CCIM, is a real estate broker licensed in the states of Colorado and Florida. He has been active in the development, sale and lease of restaurant and food-service businesses and properties for over 30 years.
His expertise includes site evaluation, financial analysis, lease review and contract negotiation. He has personally orchestrated the sale or lease of well over one hundred restaurant transactions ranging from small, office building delis to large freestanding nightclubs. Prior to establishing his real estate firm, he was the Director of Projects for a 300+ unit national restaurant chain where he was responsible for the development and renovation of company owned and franchised restaurants throughout the continental U.S. and Canada.
